3)    Teresa’s Event Planning
a)     Do we want to volunteer? Have a team building get together?
E  Everyone agreed that volunteering for a crafts project at Denver Children's Hospital was a good idea.  Teresa will contact the hospital, Priscilla will work on trying to arrange a bus to get us all there.  If not, some can carpool.
4)    Fundraising
a)     Letters with Hilary
We have a draft that is going to Disability Services to be approved. Start compiling your list of friends and family to send the letters.  If anyone has any suggestions on the letter, please let her know before the next meeting.  Priscilla will send a draft to everyone, as well as to John M. to confirm it is okay and to find out if we can use university letterhead or what the appropriate protocol is.
b)    Partnership with ZBT and Kieran
Anyone who has contact with business owners, please contact Priscilla who can pass that information on to Kieran.  He also needs a letter with our mission, what we do, and what we hope to accomplish.  Priscilla will send that to him.
c)     Fundraising Committee – Annabel
We want to get started with bake sales for recruitment and fundraising. We will be shooting for sometime next week. (Mardi Gras goodies).  She's thinking Tuesday and passed around a list for people to sign up with who is interested in helping.  Annabel also wants to do some sidewalk chalking.

5)    Interactive Theater Project – Kelly Mitchell
“This is all you see” – Friday 3pm Dennis Small Cultural Center (4th floor).  Hopefully we'll have it done by sometime in April.
New opportunity
Blind Café – Waiters and consumers had to participate in complete darkness to spread awareness about visual impairments. The success of this single project makes us want to create more “Blind Cafes” for people all over campus to participate in. Contact Kelly Mitchell for more information.
People who were interested were: Colin, Alex, Ally, Sarah, Olivia, Hilary, & Gabby
6)    People Project – John Meister
7)    Volunteering Opportunities – Annabel
New Vista High School wants a panel to talk about transitions from high school to college for their disabled students. More information will be coming from Annabel.  Priscilla asked Annabel to have someone from New Vista come in and talk with the group.  She will ask them.
